I have been bad about getting this posted. We were fortunate to Have Sensei Ruth visit us over her 6 weeks here in Spokane.
Hopefully she will visit us any time she returns to the area.
New judo rules for 2022
After each Olympics there are refinements to the judo rules.
The IJF has just published the rule changes for 2022.

This Saturday (12/11) is the 15th annual judo holiday party for Spokane Judo. We want everyone to come. If you haven’t been at practice in a while, (Sensei Oleg) take this chance to get back in touch. Bring something you want to share with (or unload on (think fruit cake)) other people, just remember we are going to all be on the mat together again.
