Just a reminder that the Community Center is closed on Monday 10/9 for the holiday formerly known as “columbus day”.
We will be back on Wednesday 10/11.
If you have been taking some time off Wednesday is the perfect day to come back and once again experience judo!
If you are thinking about starting judo, then Wednesday is the right day for that.
Basically, no matter what your involvement with judo, Wednesday is a great day to step it up a level.

Just a reminder that the community center is closed on Monday 9/4 for Labor day.
Everyone should rest up and come to practice on Wednesday ready to workout!

The community center is closed on Monday Jul. 3rd. So, there won’t be practice that day. Have fun celebrating the 4th. There will be practice on Wednesday Jul. 5.

Mike Marcella at Pacific Judo has been kind enough to invite anyone from our club to come and practice Tuesday this week.
Their kids practice is at 6:00 and the teens/adult class is at 7:00 at the police academy.
Make sure to bring your USJF/USJA membership card.
Remember that Monday Jan 16 is MLK day so no practice and Wednesday Jan. 18 is our self defense class so this is a great opportunity to get in some practice this week.

Come to judo on Jan 4 and catch up on all the pushups you missed over the holidays.
Remember, all that weight you put on will help make the pushups more fun!

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year. I hope to see everyone on the mat on Wednesday Jan 4 to start the new year with the best sport ever (judo in case anyone missed that).
The Center is closed Monday Jan 2 so no practice then, just make sure to come on Wednesday!

The comunity center is closed on Monday 12/26. We will have practice on Wednesday 12/28 so everyone should be there. Come and work off the holiday dining!

The community Center is using the gym for a Halloween event on Monday, so there will be no practice that day. Everyone have a good weekend and Halloween and we will see everyone on Wednesday Nov. 1 at the usual time.

Also, I am really glad to see our new members sticking with judo, it is hard and most people don’t have the discipline to keep coming!
