  • No practice Saturday 11/10/2012

    There will be no practice this Saturday. There will be practice Monday night.
    See everyone there.

  • No practice on Halloween

    Just a reminder that there will not be practice on Wednesday.
    The gym is in use so we have to cancel.

    We will have practice on Saturday at 12:30 at the Sheriff’s Training Center, see everyone there.

  • No Saturday Practice

    I am in California this weekend so no Saturday practice 7/21/2012.

  • Tournament this weekend

    Just some notes about the tournament this weekend.

    1. Registration and weigh-ins are Friday 9:00-4:00 at the Doubletree Hotel Spokane-City Center 322 North Spokane Falls Court.
    2. Competition is Sunday at 8:30 for everyone born in 1998-1999. The tournament is at the convention center.

  • Memorial day off

    Since Monday, May 28 is Memorial day, we will be taking it off.
    I hope everyone has a nice three day weekend.

  • Saturday Practice cancelled until 6/2/2012

    I have a conflict this weekend and next weekend is Memorial day, so we will be skipping Saturdays until June 2nd.

  • Saturday Practice Reminder

  • Saturday Practice

    Starting this Saturday (4/14/2012) we will be holding practice from 12:30-2:30.
    Hopefully everyone can attend. This should give everyone an opportunity to practice for the upcoming USJF JR. Nationals.
    We will be focusing primarily oncompetition so there will be lots of randori.
    The location is:
    10319 E. Appleway Blvd. WA 99206.
    Enter the facility from the Sprague Ave. side and go up the ramp to the second floor. Map info is below:
