Promotions are always my favorite part of the year in judo. We get to see the progress everyone has made and recognize that progress.
It’s often easy to forget how much we’ve learned over the year and it’s nice to have a marker of how far we’ve come. That’s really what the promotion represents.
My hope is that this is just another step on your road to a long career in Judo. There’s always so much to learn and more skills to master.
