I started a simple google spreadsheet that you can access below. Anyone can edit it and add their information. I figured this would be a good way to track our progress with working out while we are unable to go to the dojo. Keep in shape and maybe even get in better shape by the time we can get back o the mats. Feel free to add yourself if you like. Anyone with the link can edit it.
